Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, API testing, and performance testing, with a strong background in Agile development environments. About the Role The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated and manual testing frameworks, working closely with development teams to ensure seamless software releases. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Build and maintain test frameworks and tools to support continuous testing. Implement API testing strategies to validate integrations and backend services. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability. Requirements Strong experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Experience in API testing, performance testing, and database validation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA lifecycle management. Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub). Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern web application frameworks such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
