Financial Process Specialist

About the position About this Role The Junior Finance Auditor is part of a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing process design and project deliverables. The role serves as product owner for functionality and required capabilities to address identified risks. Key responsibilities Share expertise in finance operating models and process structure. Propose recommendations based on leading practices to mitigate risks while ensuring business compliance. Coordinate working sessions with operational teams. Participate in process redesign identifying rational and expected impact. Define necessary capabilities with the IT team. Communicate status updates to project leadership. Propose mitigation plans for identified risks and issues. Develop operational and strategic KPIs and reports. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration or related field. At least 3 years experience as Audit or Internal Control owner for finance processes. Experience in E2E implementation projects. Bilingual Spanish/English (B2 level or higher). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SAP HANA functionalities knowledge.
