We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven marketing specialist to drive customer retention and loyalty. This role will be responsible for developing and executing email, SMS, and other direct-to-consumer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our retention efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring customers remain engaged with our brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute retention campaigns: Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, with a focus on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. Customer segmentation: Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted messages to different customer groups, driving engagement and repeat purchases. Lifecycle marketing: Implement and manage lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome series, win-back campaigns, post-purchase follow-ups, and other automated flows within Klaviyo. E-commerce integration: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to seamlessly integrate retention strategies into the Shopify platform, ensuring campaigns are fully optimized to drive revenue. Data analysis & optimization: Leverage Google Analytics and Klaviyo reporting to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates. Use insights to continuously improve retention strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing content, subject lines, send times, and segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Cross-channel strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing and paid media teams to ensure a cohesive approach across email, SMS, and other channels such as social media and paid ads. Customer feedback loop: Gather customer feedback and use data to develop insights into customer preferences, satisfaction, and areas of improvement, driving further retention and loyalty. Qualifications: Proven experience in retention marketing, with a strong emphasis on email and SMS marketing strategies. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms is required. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other ecommerce reporting tools. Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce strategies, with a focus on driving repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLV). Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to track and optimize performance. Ability to work cross-functionally with e-commerce, digital marketing, and creative teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies in email and SMS marketing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with loyalty and rewards programs. Familiarity with additional marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media channels.
