Key Performance Marketing Strategist Role This position focuses on creating, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining a high return on ad spend (ROAS). Primary Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Design, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Align media execution with product launches, league events, and merchandising schedules. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance daily to optimize ROAS, cost per acquisition (CPA), and new customer acquisition. Utilize tools like Northbeam, Google Analytics 4, Ads Manager, and Shopify analytics to inform real-time decisions. Creative Optimization & Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives across static, video, and dynamic formats. Lead A/B testing on formats, copy, audiences, and landing pages using Marpipe and platform-native tools. Audience Segmentation: Conduct keyword research and build segmentation strategies across Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, and other ad structures to reach the target audience at the right time. Video Advertising: Own the YouTube advertising strategy, building full-funnel video campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Optimize based on view-through rates, click-through rates, and audience retention. Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with CRM and Retention teams to ensure campaigns integrate with Klaviyo email/SMS strategies, especially around loyalty programs and holiday/event-based offers. Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly performance reports with insights on pacing, channel efficiency, testing results, and strategic recommendations for leadership visibility. Industry Awareness & Professional Growth: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools to maintain campaign competitiveness and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with e-commerce, analytics, and design teams to support cohesive marketing initiatives and create unified customer experiences. Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube; TikTok experience is beneficial. Proven track record of driving performance for e-commerce brands with a ROAS-first mindset. Proficiency in platform tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and attribution platforms like Northbeam and Shopify analytics. Strong understanding of paid search strategy, keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization across full-funnel structures. Experience with A/B testing for creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to drive measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency. Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and the ability to connect paid acquisition to email/SMS retention flows. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, product-driven team—preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle categories. Desirable Experience & Interests: Experience managing campaigns for international markets such as Mexico, Canada, or LATAM. Familiarity with Amazon Ads and marketplace performance marketing. Hands-on experience with creative testing platforms like Marpipe. Strong interest in sports and culture, especially leagues like the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and college athletics—understanding fan behavior, seasonality, and key league moments. Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or streetwear brands is a plus.
