Interact with clients to resolve billing issues and doubts, providing support and ensuring timely resolution, contributing to overall customer loyalty and retention. Requirements: Advanced English fluency is essential for engaging with US-based English speakers, communicating effectively and professionally at all times. Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products is required, demonstrating proficiency in relevant software and technology. Preferred: 1 year of sales experience in call centers, financial or telecom services, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
