Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Utilize effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers. Find tailored solutions that fit each customer's needs and make recommendations for products or services. Offer a range of products and services, including satellite TV, mobility, broadband internet, and DIRECTV. Sell upgrades, package changes, new services, and plan changes to meet customer needs. Requirements: Advanced English fluency to communicate effectively with US-based English speakers. Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must. Preferred: 1 year of sales experience in call center, financial, or telecom services. Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (40 hours during operation hours), with 2 days off per week.
