About The Job The Finance Manager will oversee all financial and accounting operations of our resort, including day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations. They will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate records and compliance with policies and regulations. Main Responsibilities Ensure adherence to financial objectives Deliver timely, high-quality financial reports Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Generate income statements, balance sheets, and reports Support the audit process Supervise, train, and manage personnel reporting to this position Act as Manager of Finance during the absence of the designated employee Oversee all taxes related to the property Maintain contracts, licenses, and leases, ensuring compliance Maintain good relations with resort departments, corporate, and owners to promote internal control Have comprehensive knowledge of all accounting areas within the resort, including F&B cost control and payroll Conduct annual performance evaluations for colleagues Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or DOF About You Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Minimum 3 years experience in hotel accounting, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury properties Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Strong knowledge of USALI Attention to detail and analytical skills Experience with financial reconciliations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Opera, Micros, Hyperion, iScala systems We are expanding rapidly and investing in our growth and yours.
