Sr. Salesforce Engineer - Nearshore

Overview Sr. Salesforce Engineer – Nearshore role at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions. Project: 1+ year. WFH MX. Summary: We're seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to support a large staffing agency by designing, building, and scaling Salesforce solutions that power sales and recruiting operations. This role will work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to optimize workflows, drive automation, and deliver exceptional user experiences within Sales Cloud and Recruitment Cloud environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support staffing and recruiting operations. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Recruitment Cloud to align with agency workflows. Drive deployment automation and CI/CD best practices using Copado. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with recruiting and business systems. Maintain best practices in data integrity, security, and platform governance. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing solutions for performance and usability. Requirements 5+ years of Salesforce engineering or development experience. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Recruitment Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Proven experience with Copado for release management and deployment automation. Solid understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, and security best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting staffing or recruiting organizations. Bonus Experience with Bullhorn or other recruiting platforms. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant). Background working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
