LEAN MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Responsible for leading the continuous improvement strategy at the manufacturing plant, driving operational efficiency through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools. Collaborate with different areas to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity, quality, and costs, ensuring the sustainability of the initiatives. Experience in organizational cultural improvement focused on Lean Manufacturing. Experience leading improvement projects focused on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, 5S, VSM, among other methodologies. Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops. Identify optimization opportunities in production and administrative processes to improve costs, quality, and cycle times. Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to measure progress in productivity, quality, and efficiency, and develop plans as needed. Education: Completed professional degree, preferably in industrial, mechanical, electronic, manufacturing, or related engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years in continuous improvement roles, lean manufacturing, or manufacturing processes, or related fields.
