Job Summary This role involves supervising the security team to safeguard assets and employee physical security. Duties and Responsibilities Regulate and supervise the security team, maintaining equipment and training staff; update security manuals. Conduct investigations and system analysis as needed; report consequences of events. Monitor violations of security procedures/regulations; report and apply necessary preventive measures. Support security personnel based on identified needs; monitor access control, CCTV, archived videos, and access control; maintain historical records and images. Ensure reception area security; establish protocols for receptionist staff. Maintain relationships with neighboring plants' security representatives to ensure interplant security safe zone. Monitor expatriate personnel and visitors working in the plant; ensure compliance with relevant laws regarding work permits. Protect reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules. Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team members. Drive performance management processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development. Maintain transparent communication by sharing organization information through meetings, emails, and regular interpersonal communications. Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture consistent with company values. Requirements High school diploma or additional 5 years of experience. 5+ years of experience in a security field. Prior supervisory experience.
