Senior Project Manager

Project Management Professional This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to lead multiple high, medium, and low complexity projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring program milestones are met on time and within budget. Lead multiple projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Manage projects at the Operations level, providing direction, assign responsibilities and address issues for project team members. Implement and approve action plans and workarounds to mitigate project risk events. Meet stakeholder expectations and established project deliverables. Write proposals (technical descriptions, schedules, cost breakdowns). Coordinate efforts for functional departments to ensure that projects are managed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Support and implement policies, procedures and operational guidelines related to quality management system. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Identify and communicate high-level risks, assumptions and constraints. Develop cost estimates and execute cost reduction strategies. Create strong customer relations and communication including negotiations and delivery of services. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PMP certification is strongly recommended. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is strongly recommended. 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects with prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills and Abilities Excellent leadership skills. Strong computer skills especially MS Project or similar software. Strong knowledge of Windchill. Working knowledge of SAP. Proven ability to create detailed project plans and use resources efficiently. Ability to gather complex data and diagnose the cause of a problem. Other Requirements Advanced English proficiency.
