Project Coordinator

Job Overview: This role involves coordinating projects and providing support to project teams. Main Responsibilities: To manage and coordinate projects as required, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation. To compile, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, facilitating data-driven decision-making. To provide assistance to project teams in analyzing and reporting Engineering Change Notices (ECN) status, enhancing overall project efficiency. To analyze resource allocation reports and present findings to management, supporting informed business decisions. To collaborate with Data Management Organization (DMO) to ensure the completion of master data, streamlining project processes. To conduct regular meetings with staff to review program progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary guidance. To lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and standards within the organization. To ensure adherence to standardized tools and reporting formats, maintaining consistency across projects. To protect the organization's reputation by safeguarding confidential information. To maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous education and participation in relevant professional societies. To comply with health and safety guidelines and rules, prioritizing employee well-being. Requirements: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least one year of project coordination or related experience. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and facilitate teamwork, fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective presentation and negotiation. Intermediate English proficiency.
