Sourcing Analyst

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives, and (ii) Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues. Requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiativesMaintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issuesTrack and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and PPV; make recommendation on appropriate action itemsWork collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting on misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepanciesCoordinate with contract management team to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreementsSupport the Request For Quote process, utilizing systems for extracting drawings, data and requesting quotesDevelop supplier business review through data analysisSupport the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end of life partsProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience:0-2 years of relevant work experienceEnglish ExcelOther:Able to travel up to 5% - domestically and internationally
