Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Sourcing Activities: Process, track, and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues This position requires strong analytical skills to track and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing, and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and productivity. The successful incumbent will make recommendations on appropriate action items. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting on misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies The Procurement Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with the contract management team to ensure timely updates of databases regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements. Support: Support the Request For Quote process, utilizing systems for extracting drawings, data, and requesting quotes Develop supplier business reviews through data analysis Support the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end-of-life parts Able to travel up to 5% - domestically and internationally. Strong communication and teamwork skills required. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience Skills: Excel
