Drive Regional Sales Growth We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This is a key role that involves overseeing and driving sales efforts with a focus on selling products and solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region. Track regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of sales experience. 2+ years in sales in consumable materials required. Experience selling to electronic assembly plants (ex. SMT or PCBA) required. Bilingual – English / Spanish required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Please note that relocation to Reynosa or Matamoros, Tamaulipas, MX is mandatory for this position.
