Credit Manager

POSITION OVERVIEWdormakaba is seeking a Credit Manager based in Nogales, MX. The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing credit and collections activities across multiple business units within a Shared Service Center structure. This role ensures consistent application of credit policies, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and risk mitigation, while maintaining strong internal controls and fostering productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. **Relocation Expenses Available*** WHAT YOU WILL DOParticipate in a team environment, creating and maintaining master data through requests submitted by internal and external teamsComplete requests related to customers, sales, pricing, and discounting data to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with business stakeholdersFormat and transform data for uniform loading into databases using transactionsAct as a request reviewer and participate in approval workflows to ensure the highest quality of data is maintained in business systems. WHAT WE REQUIRE Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field5+ years of experience in credit management, with 2+ years in a shared services or centralized functionProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft ExcelStrong English proficiency (verbal and written)The candidate must possess a valid U.S. visa or be eligible to obtain one. This is necessary for occasional business travel to the United States.
