Procurement Team Leader Job Summary This role is responsible for leading the procurement team and working closely with various business units to apply and integrate procurement philosophies and techniques. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to control and analyze data, and possess strong leadership qualities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this position as you will need to investigate and initiate corrective actions when required. You will work closely with other teams, including Accounts Payable and IT, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. The successful candidate will have a four-year degree, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience with Microsoft Office, SAP Business, COUPA, and Oracle Business. This role requires a motivated individual who can employ problem-solving skills and make decisions with initiative and coordination. You will also need to be familiar with LEAN concepts and tools and have broad knowledge of the organization and its business policies and procedures. The Procurement Team Leader will lead the procurement team members in special projects related to Vendor Master, automation, and departure of Purchase Orders. They will also contribute to an environment where all team members are respected and motivate them to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
