NPI Project Coordinator This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales NPI Projects group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Manage and coordinate derivative, productivity and product lifecycle projects as required, and (ii) Compile, analyze and report on New Product Introduction key performance indicators. Requires 1 or more years of project coordination or in a related area and a minimum of a bachelor's degree, technical degree or equivalent experience. Manage and coordinate derivative, productivity and product lifecycle projects as required Compile, analyze and report on New Product Introduction key performance indicators Provide support to project teams in analyzing and reporting Engineering Change Notices (ECN) back-end-tasks (BET) status to ensure completion of all BET and ECN implementation as required Analyze resource allocation reports and provide reporting to OSC management Provide support to project teams and coordinates with Data Management Organization (DMO) the completion of master data required to promote material through the material master lifecycle Meet regularly with NPI staff to review program progress and provide assistance where needed Lead Continuous Improvement activities to improve derivative and NPI practices and standards Ensure utilization of standardized tools, reporting formats for planning, tracking and communicating Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. Education/Certifications: · bachelor’s degree, technical degree or equivalent experience Experience: · 1 or more years of project coordination or in a related area Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks Demonstrated facilitation, organization, and people skills required Ability to perform independently in ever changing environment Strong written and verbal presentation communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment Other: Intermediate English Proficiency
