This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Execute supplier and commodity strategies under the guidance of the Sourcing team, by building strong relationship with preferred suppliers and assuring company compliance to policies, and (ii) Execute the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end of life parts. Requires 2+ years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Execute supplier and commodity strategies under the guidance of the Sourcing team, by building strong relationship with preferred suppliers and assuring company compliance to policies Execute the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end of life parts Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues Track and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and PPV; make recommendation on appropriate action items Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting on misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies Coordinate with contract management team to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements Facilitate the Request for Quote process, utilizing systems for extracting drawings, data and requesting quotes Develop supplier business review through data analysis Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. Education/Certifications: · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience: · 2+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Material Requirements or Enterprise Resource Planning Other: · Able to travel up to 5% - domestically and internationally
