Job Title: Senior Security Manager As a Senior Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security department to safeguard assets, employees, and facilities. This role requires a high level of expertise in security operations, supervision, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and respond to security breaches. Lead and motivate a high-performance security team to ensure seamless execution of security operations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a security leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex security projects and teams. Working knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills and Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations. Expertise in security threat assessment, risk management, and mitigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior supervisory experience highly desirable.
