Quality Manager

TasksThe Quality Manager Is responsible for set up quality strategy and process according to the company goals of his area/products of responsibility).- Must be able to lead teams and be highly self directed. He/she will have Team Leaders of Product & Quality Engineer under direct responsibility.**In new products introduction is responsible to prepare**:FMEA’s.- Safe Launch- Process control plan.- Procedures for traceability system- Failures and defects codes.- Final Test procedure- ...Follow up and improve quality to achieve goals (DPMO, NCC1, FPY, 0km ppm, Warranty ppm).- Analyze statistical data to promote corrective actions- Report and follow up issues with defective material.**Qualifications**:**Hands-on mechanical and electronic assembly knowledge.
