EHS Coordinator (Environment, Health & Safety)

EHS Coordinator (Environment, Health & Safety) Position objective: We are seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the execution of Environmental, Health & Safety programs within our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting safe work practices, and supporting the day-to-day implementation of EHS initiatives across the plant Requierements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing, preferably automotive industry. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Experience in risk assessment methodologies (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA). Advanced English proficiency required Main responsibilities: Support the execution of EHS programs in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations and internal standards. Promote safety awareness through daily floor presence and employee engagement. Conduct risk assessments and assist in hazard identification activities. Support incident investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Monitor environmental processes including waste management and documentation. Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Deliver EHS training and support onboarding safety inductions. Track and maintain EHS KPIs and reports. Maintain EHS records, permit, and update documentation.
