Hardware Asset Analyst

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years in AMDB administration and maintenance. HAM (Hardware Asset Management). Asset tracking and lifecycle management (End-to-End). Asset onboarding and decommissioning processes. Basic software licensing control. Identification of risks related to non-standardized software. Proficiency in English and Spanish Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Integration and connection of tools into the AMDB (Asset Management Database). Ongoing management and maintenance of the asset database. Automation of data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes. Implementation of preventive alerts and anomaly detection mechanisms. Documentation, update, and continuous improvement of Asset Management procedures and processes. Creation of operational and executive reports Exception reporting (warnings / alerts) End-to-end asset lifecycle management Financial concepts: TCO, ROI, CapEx vs OpEx Design of technology renewal roadmaps Identification of risks related to obsolescence Analytical thinking focused on prevention What’s in for you?
