Engineering Intern

Position Mission: Contribute to the operational continuity and optimization of processes in key areas of Prolec Energy through a professional internship program with semester rotations, with the goal of developing comprehensive engineering skills, promoting cross-functional business knowledge, and preparing the intern to face real challenges in the energy sector. Direct Responsibilities: Support continuous improvement projects, data analysis, solution design, or process implementation according to the assigned area. Document processes, tests, results, and technical findings during each rotation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical and operational problems. Participate in technical meetings and project reviews to enrich practical training. Meet the learning and performance objectives established at the beginning of each rotation. Requirements: Education: Active student in the final semesters of one of the following degrees: Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields Desired Technical Knowledge: Fundamentals of electrical and/or mechanical engineering Data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI) Preferable knowledge of TPS tools Advanced English
