Join a global services organization in a highly impactful leadership role , where you will oversee complex operational activities and drive large‑scale transformation across multiple entities. This position is ideal for a strong people leader who excels in governance, operational excellence, and change leadership within a dynamic regional environment. Activities Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing payroll team supporting both blue‑ and white‑collar employee groups across local and regional scopes Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations, including complex calculations, taxation, compliance, and governance Drive digitalization and process transformation to enhance controls, efficiency, and system performance Act as a key partner to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets SLA and quality expectations Lead change management efforts and serve as a trusted advisor during organizational or technological transformation Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence Contribute to long-term strategy and payroll roadmap initiatives (e.g., vision toward 2027) Requirements Proven experience managing full‑cycle payroll operations within a large (10k+ employees), global organization Deep knowledge of payroll tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Mexico/Central America (required), and South America (preferred) Experience supporting diverse employee groups, including blue‑ and white‑collar populations Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and develop teams Demonstrated success in digital transformation, automation, and process optimization Ability to balance analytical decision‑making with emotional intelligence, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations Effective stakeholder management with the confidence to engage senior leaders while tailoring communication based target audience. Experience operating in regional or multi‑country payroll environments Comfortable working within a governance‑driven HR Services framework English proficient in oral and written communication.
