Its Mexican subsidiary, ifm efector S. de R.L. de C.V., operates from San Pedro Garza García, N.L ifm, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams , ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑performance end‑to‑end operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams (9–11 team members). Ensure material availability, import compliance, and strong service‑level performance. Improve logistics KPIs and operational efficiency across the supply chain. Oversee receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and annual inventory accuracy. Ensure alignment with corporate standards and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Fluent English. Strong expertise in Logistics and Foreign Trade. Proven experience leading operational teams. Strategic, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset. Preferred: ERP/WMS experience, Incoterms, and logistics KPI management.
