Spvr, Maintenance (Injection Molding)

JOB SUMMARY: Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for technical support for industrial controls utilized in the manufacturing process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Direct and coordinates repair needs and preventive maintenance of all production equipment. •Ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of machinery and equipment throughout predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. •Control for critical spare parts to ensure the equipment operation. •Diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues and equipment failures. •Managing and supervising maintenance technicians and contractors. •KPI monitoring, MTTR, MTBF, Availability, backlog and PM. •Solid experience on Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams. • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety standards and OSHA compliance. • Experience with: Allen Bradley PLCs. Specifically ControlLogix and MicroLogix. • Allen Bradley Panel view plus HMIs, Allen Bradley VFDs. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE •BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. •Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in a manufacturing environment. •Ability to communicate well with others. •TPM methodology. •Familiarity with maintenance management systems, Preferred EAM Hexagon.
