The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. Should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and departments in developing HR strategies Develop HR programs aligned to business needs Manage employee relations issues like work-life balance, conflict resolution and workplace safety Oversee performance management Evaluate recruiting needs like developing a talent pipeline and addressing skills gaps Communicate relevant HR updates Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company Qualifications Bachelor's degree +5 years of experience in HR Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Experience in Automotive Industry
