Lean Manufacturing Manager

What you will do? The Lean Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining lean production systems and principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. They will help develop frameworks and effective ways of working to build the organization in the coming years. They will also ensure a fully integrated continuous improvement culture within the company and further develop it through LEAN expertise and skills. The Lean Manufacturing Manager will aim to achieve customer satisfaction, employee happiness, and company (financial) effectiveness. Work Setting 50% Production Floor. 50% Office. How you will do it? Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, reviewing and communicating their impact on Lean activities. What are we looking for? Implement, promote, and maintain a safe work environment by fostering a culture of accident prevention, investigation, and adherence to safety rules. Lead by example. Design manufacturing cells. Calculate and control optimal capacities of production lines and fabrication processes. Verify time standards and calculate earned hours per product family. Facilitate A3 problem solving. Design future state value streams. Create technical documentation (standard work sheets, OMS, ODS, FMEA, DFAM, etc.). Contribute to the advancement of the organization within the JCMS framework. Support sharing of best practices through internal and external benchmarking activities. Evaluate and modify layouts of production lines and cells. Drive process activities for New Product Introduction, from early planning to full production. Coach, mentor, and train Manufacturing Technicians. Perform other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
