Functions Effectively manage manufacturing operations at TRUMPF Mexico to ensure on-time delivery, achievement of cost targets, and fulfillment of product quality objectives. Develop, supervise, and coordinate the work teams in the areas of Continuous Improvement (SYNCHRO), Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and the production floor. Responsible for the analysis, planning, and execution of new production projects. Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies for all employees. Reduce and control waste in the company’s production processes. Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment. Maintain productivity levels and Group standards. Consistently apply principles of order and cleanliness in production areas, maneuvering yards, and auxiliary equipment zones.
