Superintendent, Quality Supplier

Your Role As a Superintendent of Supplier Quality, you will lead efforts to ensure the quality of our supplier operations, supporting our mission to provide world-class healthcare solutions. This role is based in Monterrey and involves overseeing quality control processes, supplier collaboration, and compliance with regulatory standards. What You'll Do Monitor and control MRB and Incoming Inspection activities to maintain quality and safety standards. Manage sequences for MRB, Incoming Inspection, and Calibration to meet production goals. Lead initiatives to achieve key quality metrics. Coordinate new supplier part approvals and manage related documentation. Update and maintain quality system documentation and procedures. Lead and direct technical teams, conducting reviews and trend analyses. Participate in audits and support new product introductions and process improvements. What You Bring Engineering degree (Master’s preferred). At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical field. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Experience with manufacturing processes, vendor management, and project management. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Willingness to travel internationally and relocate if needed.
