Project Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This 9-month contract role will be part of a global transformation initiative, supporting a major Customer Experience (CX) program. The Role: Lead Agile or hybrid project delivery to drive business outcomes Facilitate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and deliver value Work onsite with stakeholders 3–4 days per week to foster strong relationships Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master with a solid background in Agile/hybrid methodologies CX program experience is a plus, but not required; however, a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions is essential Must be based in Monterrey and available for onsite work About the Opportunity: This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a high-impact CX program, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
