Responsible for the management of expatriate personnel with the group Other work arranged by the leader. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Local HR experience in Mexico, proficiency in spoken Chinese. English or Spanish is preferred Have good professional ethics, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit
