Job Overview ">As a service delivery expert, you will play a key role in enhancing dealer performance and achieving operational targets. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies that drive profitability and improve the overall service experience. ">Key Responsibilities: ">">Dealer Performance Enhancement: Analyze and monitor indicators defined by KMX guidelines to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. ">Process Development: Design and deploy standardized processes and standards across the dealer network to ensure consistency and efficiency. ">Customer Feedback: Receive and address customer complaints and suggestions in a timely and professional manner. ">Service Improvement Projects: Lead and implement projects aimed at enhancing the service quality provided at dealerships. "> ">Qualifications and Skills: ">">Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration (or similar) with a desirable MBA qualification. ">Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in After-Sales, Service Operation, or Automotive retail. ">Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel. ">Language: Fluent English language skills. "> ">Work Location: On-site in Nuevo Leon.
