About the Role We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of positions in the U.S. and Mexico. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and presenting top-tier talent for roles in IT, healthcare, sales, administrative support, and other professional functions — both remote and on-site. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in agency/staffing environments, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize outreach, and deliver qualified candidates quickly in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates. Recruit for diverse roles including Software Developers, Healthcare professionals, Sales Executives, Admin roles, and more. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify passive candidates. Maintain consistent candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the pipeline. Coordinate interviews with internal and client teams, ensuring a smooth experience. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to align recruitment strategies with company growth. Handle Right to Represent (RTR) and documentation compliance, especially for U.S.-based clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and shared tracking sheets. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting or staffing environment. Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles and familiarity with MX talent markets. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search strategies. Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision. Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams. Proactive, organized, and self-driven – able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with TN Visa or other international mobility processes is a plus. Tech-savvy and confident in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, and ATS platforms.
