Business Law Professional

Job Description We are seeking a Business Law Professional to join our team in Monterrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Contract Lifecycle Management tool, ensuring all contracts are onboarded, accessible and up to date. As a Business Law Professional, you will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various functions, working with legal and business teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices. You will act as a business partner between Legal and other business units, fostering effective communication and alignment on legal matters. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, reduce risks and enhance efficiency through creative legal solutions. Responsibilities also include analyzing laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide recommendations and insights that mitigate legal risks and promote compliance. Furthermore, you will maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, providing legal support and assistance to the legal team as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Open to candidates graduating in Feb of 2026 or later. Student of Industrial Law required. At least one year of experience in a Company or Legal Firm is desirable. Detailed-oriented individual with excellent organizational abilities and strong analytical, research and communication skills. Understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and company secretarial. Proactive and willing to have continuous development. Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, DocuSign (desirable). Fluent English: written and speaking (Advanced, must).
