Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to work alongside the CEO to develop financial strategies for the organization. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing budget management, conducting long-term financial analysis. The candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring fiscal responsibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ·        Bugdet control ·        Conduct long-term financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. ·        Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team ·        Tax planning ·        Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial planning with business objectives. ·        Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to CEO offering insights and recommendations. ·        Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. ·        Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field at least 10 years of relevant experience ·        Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ·        Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) ·        Fluency In Microsoft Office Suite ·        Familiarity with financial regulations in Mexico.
