About this role: We're seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Executive . In this dynamic position, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers, developing strategic pricing plans, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This exciting opportunity combines day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Main Responsibilities: Customer Development & Management: Growing and maintaining a robust customer base across multiple industries. Analyzing trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue. Conducting business reviews and performance reporting. Pricing & Quoting: Developing carrier relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services. Assessing market conditions and collaborating with carriers for capacity and cost data. Delivering accurate and timely quotes. Account Management: Planning and scheduling shipping and delivery appointments. Booking and dispatching trucks. Tracking and tracing loads. Daily follow-up with customers. Strategic Contribution: Participating in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities. Aligning sales initiatives with company growth objectives. Administrative & Reporting: Tracking KPIs and delivering reports to leadership. Utilizing Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Necessary Traits & Skills: A competitive mindset to achieve goals. Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally. Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes. Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross-border logistics. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams. Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills. Good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of logistics sales experience. Languages: Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.
