Training Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, human resources, or business administration. 7 Years of Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
