Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a collaborative Recruiter to join our team to support two manufacturing facilities and corporate positions in Mexico along with other roles throughout Latin America. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract high-quality candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure recruitment processes align with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels and cultures. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in the United States and other Latin American countries. Knowledge of recruitment laws and practices across multiple geographies. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
