Job Opportunity: Area Sales Leader This role involves leading sales and commercial development across Northern Mexico, encompassing regions such as Nuevo León, Coahuila, Durango, Chihuahua, Northern Zacatecas, and parts of Northern Tampico. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets through a team of dedicated sales professionals who directly engage with end-user accounts. Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and territory business plans. Develop and execute sales strategies, new product launches, and market programs throughout the region. Collaborate closely with corporate departments (HR, IT, Finance) for seamless commercial execution. Promote continuous process improvements and maintain high standards in order processing and customer service by collaborating with functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales, distributor management, or sales leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multiple organizational levels. Valid driver's license with flexibility to travel frequently within Northern Mexico.
