Business Travel Coordinator Role We are seeking an experienced and organized Business Travel Coordinator who can efficiently manage all aspects of business travel. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, able to provide administrative support and ensure smooth business trips. Key Responsibilities Travel Coordination : Coordinate and manage all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Liaison Role : Act as a liaison with travel agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to secure timely and cost-effective bookings. Itinerary Monitoring : Monitor travel itineraries and proactively resolve issues such as delays or cancellations. Travel Policy Compliance : Ensure compliance with travel policies and support the development and improvement of these policies. Administrative Support : Provide administrative support for visas, insurance, travel briefings, and documentation. Expense Review : Review and approve travel expenses; assist with the preparation of monthly travel reports. Staff Support : Serve as the primary contact for staff inquiries related to travel logistics and policies. Process Improvement : Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Risk Management : Contribute to travel risk management efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, business administration) At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment As a Business Travel Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders, developing your skills and expertise in travel coordination and administration.
