Mezcal Production Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire Mezcal production process. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Analyze and manage the entire production process (cultivation, harvesting, manufacturing, packaging, and exporting) Make significant contributions to production planning and budgeting initiatives Lead and monitor quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction Maintain a safe and healthy work environment Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Present and communicate information on operational, legal, and financial performance indicators Requirements Advanced English/Business English skills Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in the alcoholic beverages sector Strong organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills and ability to work under time-critical situations The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Oaxaca region and experience working with local producers. Availability to relocate to Oaxaca or already living there is preferred.
