Plant Operations Director

Production Excellence Leader The ideal candidate will oversee all daily operations of the plant, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing processes, adherence to policies and procedures, and optimal resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity, quality, and safety while minimizing costs and waste. Monitor operations, identify areas for improvement, and trigger corrective actions to ensure timely shipping and product quality. Recruit, manage, and develop plant staff, fostering a trusting relationship and promoting open communication. Collect and analyze data to optimize productivity, standards, and performance targets, ensuring effective return on assets. Address employee grievances, administer collective bargaining agreements, and promote a positive work environment.
