Job Title: Content Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance the clarity, tone, and usability of support articles, FAQs, onboarding materials, and chatbot scripts. Responsibilities: Improve the structure, visuals, and formatting of content to make it scannable and helpful. Develop strategies for improving discoverability through metadata, tagging, and taxonomy. Audit and maintain high-quality content across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend data-driven improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, UX Writing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with customer-facing content in digital platforms, support centers, or service organizations. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) tools and content editing platforms. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and usability best practices. Experience with customer support data and analytics is highly desirable. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
