Key Position in Rare Disease Ecosystem The goal of this position is to establish partnerships with institutions to increase patient access to treatment. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in institutions to ensure patient access to therapies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that optimize the positioning of treatments within the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities: Adapt the value proposition to different payers and environments, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize treatment access. Develop and execute institutional access strategies for patients, ensuring seamless procurement processes. Act as a facilitator between the organization and institutions to maximize impact on treatment adoption. We seek a candidate with experience in cross-functional collaboration and market access strategies. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree and experience working with Market Access, Medical, and Commercial teams are necessary. Key Skills and Qualifications: Cross-functional collaboration and market access strategy development. Experience working with the Mexican healthcare system. Understanding of Tower Control processes, consolidated purchases, and patient access initiatives.
