We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Service Lines Manager to lead our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple sites, manage revenue and drive business delivery across the country. Key Responsibilities: Lead 3-5 direct reports and manage a total of 150-250 employees Manage profitability across multiple sites in Mexico Lead client interactions during key review meetings Oversee business delivery and drive initiatives for operational efficiency & talent management Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategies Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical discipline Or a Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized university, plus a Master's Degree: MHA, MBA, MPH, or a master's in nursing administration 8-10 years in leadership roles managing clinical support functions, such as revenue cycle, coding, clinical documentation Proven experience optimizing budgets, managing costs, and handling profit and loss statements across multiple sites Clinical knowledge is a plus, preferably with a license Expertise in process improvements, project management, service line expansion, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies Track record in managing client relationships and improving satisfaction Experience leading large teams, managing talent development, and addressing workforce challenges like attrition Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations Benefits: Lead a team of professionals in a dynamic environment Drive business growth and improvement initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making Others: A bachelor's degree or higher is required 8-10 years of experience is preferred
