Physician Team Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician Team Lead to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to take on a leadership role and manage a team of up to 15 healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements Requirements: Education and Experience: A Medical Doctor (MD) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Alternatively, a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
