Leadership Role This leadership role involves overseeing business delivery, driving initiatives for operational efficiency and talent management. Key responsibilities include leading 3-5 direct reports, managing a total of 150-250 staff across multiple sites, and collaborating with vertical leads on long-term initiatives.
