Medical Professional for Clinical Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled medical professional to fill the role of Clinical Service Associate . This position involves reviewing clinical documents and submissions made by healthcare professionals, ensuring completeness, clarity, and compliance with medical documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: Strong English communication skills – verbal and written Basic understanding of clinical terms, medical charts, and documentation standards Analytical thinking and attention to detail Willingness to work in a process-driven, fast-paced environment Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Science or Medicine, experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and prior Healthcare BPO experience. They should be able to analyze medical charts and documentation to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies, flag documentation issues that may lead to insurance claim denials, and collaborate with physicians or other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently. They should also be able to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
